• In 2nd of November 2009, Mr. Jean Yves Pamart the president of Logistic Global Marine Services company which is the agent for the most famous brands in the refrigerated transport field such as ESCORT Data logging & Cold Chain Monitoring, TransFRESH the modifies atmosphere bagging system and FRESH MAP the modified atmosphere bags and Mr. Hazem Abdalla the owner of Alex Cool Maint have signed a service provider contract in the presence of Mr. Ralph J Whiteman the European Service Manager for TransFRESH, due to this contract ACM became the service provider for LGMS concerning TransFRESH modified atmosphere bagging system in Egypt.

In 25th of February, 2007 Mr. Hoard Hu the president of Waterfront Container Leasing and Mr. Hazem Abdalla the owner of Alex Cool Maint have signed the agency agreement in the presence of Mr. Scott P. Hu the global sales & marketing manager of WFCL, by this agreement ACM became the agent for WFCL in the Middle East and Egypt concerning sale, lease & buy all kinds of containers, containers handling equipments & power generation equipments.
